losthighway.ai (“lost highway”, “we”, “us”) is operated by Bregway LLC. questions about these terms: contact@losthighway.ai.

lost highway helps you plan trips, keep your saved places, and publish guest guides for properties you host. some features use AI models to generate itineraries and suggestions.

we are an information tool, not a travel agency: we do not sell bookings, tickets, or accommodation. prices, hours, availability, and travel conditions shown in the product are estimates or third-party data and can be wrong or out of date — verify anything that matters before you rely on it.

some outbound links (for example to booking sites) are affiliate links that may earn us a commission at no cost to you.

keep your account details accurate and your credentials to yourself. accounts are for one person. we may suspend or close accounts that abuse the service, attempt to circumvent limits, or break these terms.

saved places, lists, trips, guide sections, host notes, and form submissions are yours. you grant us a non-exclusive license to host, process, and display that content so the product can work — including showing your guest guide to anyone who has its link.

guest-guide links are shareable by design and are not indexed by search engines on our side; you control who receives your links and your access codes. don’t put content in a guide that you wouldn’t hand to a guest.

you’re responsible for having the rights to what you upload, and for keeping unlawful, infringing, or deceptive content out of guides and submissions.

if you attach your own model-provider API key, we store it encrypted and use it only to proxy your own requests. you remain responsible for that key and the provider’s charges under it.

no scraping or bulk-extracting the service, no reselling access, no probing other users’ data, no using the service to send spam or host unlawful content, no interfering with the infrastructure that runs it.

AI-generated itineraries and recommendations can be confidently wrong. always verify safety-critical details — visas, entry requirements, medical guidance, opening hours, neighborhood conditions — with authoritative sources.

the service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. to the maximum extent permitted by law, Bregway LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. our total liability for any claim is capped at the greater of USD $100 or the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

you agree to indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your content or your breach of these terms.

you can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time. we may change these terms; material changes will be flagged in the product or by email, and the “last updated” date above will move. continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
